How will my item be shipped?
All items are carefully packaged in boxes designed to protect your products while in transit from our facilities to your home. Beard's Framing uses UPS and offers three shipping options: UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air®, and UPS Next Day Air®.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery time vary depending on the products you order and shipping time from Portland, OR. We generally require 1-2 business days to process your order, but some items such as Framed Art and Framed Mirrors can take 7-10 business days to process. We provide the estimated shipping time on each product you are viewing and will let you know if there is a delay or back-order.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Not at this time. We require a physical street address.
How do I know my item has shipped?
When your item(s) is ready for shipping we will immediately notify you by email and include order number, final costs, and estimated date of delivery.
What if my item is damaged when it arrives?
Please inspect packages carefully before accepting them from UPS. Open the package and inspect the product carefully before accepting it if the package appears to be damaged. If your product arrives damaged, we will ship you a replacement at no additional cost. To return your damaged item, please pack it in the original packaging and include the completed Return Form. Please call us at 888-337-2631 and we will ship you a replacement.
